When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. Most orders arrive within 8-14 working days of purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Message us as soon as possible. We send orders into production right away, so we can only make changes or cancel if your piece hasn’t been made yet. Email support@marquezy.co or DM us on Instagram with your order number, and we’ll do our best.
How can I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat CAD$12, or free on orders of CAD$150 or more.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
No. Taxes and duties are included in your order, so there’s nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return items for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Email us at support@marquezy.co and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is covered by you.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Return your item for store credit, then use it to order the size you need.
What items are eligible for a refund?
Since every piece is made to order, we don’t offer cash refunds for change of mind or sizing. Instead, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Discounted and sale items are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that’s on us. Email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
Sizing & Products
How do your products fit?
Most pieces have a relaxed, oversized fit. Each product page shows the model’s height and size worn, plus a size chart. Still unsure? DM us your height and how you like things to fit, and we’ll help you pick.
What materials do you use?
Fabric, weight, and print details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my garments?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, and don’t iron directly on prints.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited and may not return. Join our email list to hear about restocks and new drops first.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. You can also split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments or Klarna, subject to approval.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure checkout.
